Overview
Asset Landscaping was founded in 1995 and is fully licensed and insured to provide complete landscape management including Maintenance, Construction, and Enhancements as well as Irrigation system maintenance, repair, and installation. Asset Landscaping provides quality service throughout the Metropolitan Phoenix Area as well as the surrounding communities. The owner of Asset Landscaping is personally 
involved and committed to providing quality landscape services using technology, experience, knowledge, and old fashion hard work.
Services
Asset Landscaping provides professional landscape management including maintenance, enhancement projects, construction, irrigation system maintenance, soil testing with Agronomist report, soil amendments, custom fertilization, chemical weed control, Arborist consulting, tree trimming, brush fire prevention and other clean-ups.
Communication
Asset Landscaping takes full advantage of e-mail, fax, and smart phones. Our management staff receives mobile e-mail and text messaging for prompt response to your requests and inquiries. Our goal is to provide fast, responsive service to your inquiries and requests. A monthly or weekly activity list provides you with documentation showing all landscape tasks assigned and completed within the specified time period. For managers, this report is instrumental for providing a complete landscape report and our representatives appreciate being invited to discuss landscape objectives then assist in moving those objectives to goals and then meeting those goals.
Follow Up Communication
Our software driven crew route sheets, service requests, irrigation requests, and project system provides a comprehensive log and corrective action report that can be produced upon request for informational or meeting purposes. This form of request tracking is just one of many checks and balances to make sure each request receives the proper follow-up.
Supervisory Staff
Asset Landscaping strives to provide quality service. Our supervisors make frequent, random visits, meeting often with foremen and crews to ensure quality and safety. Each supervisor completes a daily log of properties visited, time on property, and a property rating. These reports are then signed by both owners to keep informed of each property’s status. Any service or irrigation needs resulting from the quality control visits are logged into the software tracking system and given to the proper personnel for timely completion. Additionally, each supervisor carries a digital camera to provide extra documentation as needed. These reports are provided on a monthly or weekly basis.

Sometimes it’s what you don’t see that can cause problems. There are many ways a Landscape Management company can be pro-active. Asset 
Landscaping begins with a soil sample. Knowing what is in your soil can give you the extra edge that can make the difference between an acceptable looking landscape and a good looking landscape. This empowers you to know which plants are suitable for your type of soil and what types will struggle. Additionally, our report not only shows what is in your soil, but the composition is reviewed by an Agronomist who provides a written report detailing what your soil needs for plants to thrive. Asset Landscaping can provide recommendations and pricing for minor to major soil amendments depending on your budget and needs.
