Kevin Robinson   Co-Owner, President and AZ ROC Qualifying Party A-21 C-21

Kevin has been in the landscaping industry for over 10 years. Experienced as an owner operator, Kevin worked with the crews on the job when beginning his landscaping career. Merging with Asset Landscaping and becoming a partner in 2001, Kevin helped move Asset from primarily an apartment complex landscape maintenance company into the Planned Community Landscape Management arena.

Establishing relationships with not only Community Management Companies, but with the Manager's themselves, Kevin became a highly trusted vendor with some of the largest management companies throughout the valley.

Having attended numerous landscape and turf seminars, some with renowned turf and horticultural expert Dr. David Kopec from the University of Arizona, and as an Arizona native, Kevin is intimately familiar with the challenges that the local landscape poses.

In 2005, with business partner Matthew Johnson, Kevin purchased Asset Landscaping under the corporation "The KAMS 3G Group, LLC". Kevin remains very active in the day to day business at Asset Landscaping.

Matthew became familiar with Arizona landscape when hiring a small landscape maintenance company (Owned by Kevin Robinson and his brother) when he was involved with a Condominium Association in Scottsdale. After having to replace nearly the entire irrigation system and working through several other landscape installations, he became involved with several other Association Boards that needed some updating to their landscaping.

Wanting to be more educated about the HOA industry, Matthew attended continuing education classes at Scottsdale Community College focusing on Arizona Homeowner's Association law, Association Business, and preparing bid specifications. Additionally, receiving further education from programs led CAI, AACM and by local firms such as Carpenter Hazelwood and Ekmark & Ekmark.

After serving on multiple Association Boards and encouraging the revamping of the landscaping in several communities, Matthew was solicited by a few Community Association Management Companies to undertake vendor and homeowner compliance inspections. Through this Matthew then worked for a local Community Management firm and task with the duties to manage planned and condominium communities. After receiving management training and developer controlled/turnover training, he managed numerous communities from beginning of construction, through turnover and well into Board control. Matthew continues to serve as Vice President of a Homeowner's Association in Scottsdale.

Taking this experience, Matthew has helped Asset Landscaping become even more effective in the Landscape Management of Homeowner's Associations. Using his previous training in customer service, association management, and as an active licensed REALTOR and Real Estate investor, Asset Landscaping has capitalized on Kevin's foothold within the HOA community.

Matthew is also serving on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Landscape Contractors Association as Vice President and is the ALCA Director of Government Affairs.

Matthew has also been published in Southwest Trees and Turf, ALCA Influence, Arizona Buildings and other publications. Matthew also writes and produces the monthly Asset Landscaping Newsletter which has become a key communication tool to be used by managers, board members, homeowners, and building owners.

 Dave has over 27 years in the landscape industry in the valley of the sun. Right out of high school he started  learning the trade in horticulture, irrigation and landscape design.

 

Matt has over 20 years of experience in customer service and sales in a variety of industries. Having previously owned and operated his own small business, Matt understands the importance of building a relationship with each customer.

After spending a year in the field, Matt is excited to contribute his knowlege of irrigation, water management, and turf maintenance as the contact for managers and property owners. He truly enjoys working directly with customers wether they are Boards, Committees, Managers, Owners, or site engineers to develop plans to enhance a properties appearance and overall value.

As a Smartscape Certified Landscape Professional, Matt can draw on this education and experience to improve the efficiency of water use for plant material throughout your landscape.

Matt enjoys singing with the Praise Team at New Hope Community Church in Gilbert. He knows he is fortunate to spend time with his family, including a wife, three children and many in the extending family within the valley. Matt also enjoys golf and Broncos football.

Vicki has been a vital part of Asset Landscaping and committed to continually improve our customer service response times. Vicki is a vital link in our Client Care Services Department as a Client Care Specialist.

Vicki shares the common interest in providing the client the best possible service available. She recieves service requests via email from our clients, managers, and supervisors, enters them into our software tracking system, coordinates their completion with the operations department and provides a response when they have been completed. This system is unmatched in our industry.

As the name may give away, Amy is Kevin's wife. Asset Landscaping maintains a family atmosphere and it is no wonder because it is a local, family owned and operated business.

Amy's commitment to Asset drives many office projects. While these projects are centralized in the office, they affect procedures throughout the company. Amy also answers and returns many calls, so you may speak to her some day!
